Shipping rates include professional packing and shipping via UPS. We want to ensure that your work arrives in its pristine condition. A separate invoice will be sent upon purchase.
Please choose your artwork carefully as we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If the order has already been processed, there may be a delay in canceling and refunding your order.
What if my purchase was damaged during delivery?
If you receive damaged art, please contact us within 5 days to rectify the situation. All damaged inquires should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Damaged Art” followed by the order number (i.e. Damaged Art: 23467), along with proof of damage via digital snapshots (digital snapshots must include the damage to the packaging as well as the damage to the artwork).
Upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (when applicable), we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the same manner in which it was paid.
What if my purchase is incorrect or I receive the wrong piece?
Please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Once we have received and checked the item and agree that it is faulty or wrong on our part, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item in the same manner in which it was paid.
What about shipping?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by Brian Shea Art. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to prevent further damage. If the artwork is further damaged during return shipping, you will be notified within 48 hours after receipt of said damages, so be sure to insure the return artwork so neither the buyer or seller suffers a loss. If you don’t insure the package and it returns damaged, there will be no refund, so please insure it for its full value. Items returned according to this protocol must have a tracking number in case they are delayed or lost in transit. A refund is only issued upon receipt of the returned item.
Brian Shea Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Brian Shea Art will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
